Product Description:
The fibers, either of singlemode or multimode fibers, are placed in a loose tubemade of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant fillingcompound. A steel wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compactand circular cable core. After an Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisturebarrier is applied around the cable core, this part of cable accompanied withthe stranded wires as the messenger wires with a polyethylene (PE) sheath tobe Figure 8 structure. This kind of cable is specially applied for self-supportingaerial installation.
